By downloading or using Image Compressor & Resizer, you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the app.

1. Using the app

Image Compressor & Resizer is provided by NoBrainer Tech for your personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app to process your own images or images you have the right to use. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or to process content you do not have the right to modify.

2. Coins, ads, and purchases

The app uses a coin system to enable image exports. New users receive starter coins and a set of welcome rewards. You can earn more coins by watching optional rewarded ads. Coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable.

The app offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove ads and coin limits. Purchases are handled by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by Google Play's refund policy.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the images you process. Because all processing happens on your device, we never receive or store your content. You are solely responsible for the images you choose to process and for keeping your own backups.

4. Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app at any time. We aim to keep the app working reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements or that output quality will match every expectation. You use the app at your own discretion and risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoBrainer Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss of data or images, arising from your use of the app. Always keep backups of important files.

7. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
